Viacheslav “Slava” Goev

Hockey has been a major part of my life for many years, and coaching has given me the opportunity to share that passion with the next generation of players.

I have been involved in youth hockey development in the Aspen area, coaching players through programs including Aspen Junior Hockey and Mountain Select, as well as organizing spring and summer teams, skills camps, clinics, and development programs.

I created Mountain Lions Hockey with a simple goal: to give players more opportunities to develop, compete, and enjoy the game.

As a coach, I believe development goes beyond wins and losses. I focus on helping players improve their individual skills, hockey IQ, confidence, compete level, and understanding of the game while creating an environment where they enjoy coming to the rink and want to get better.

For me, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching players grow — not only as hockey players, but as teammates and young people.

Harlan Pratt

Harlan Pratt brings extensive professional playing and coaching experience to Mountain Lions Hockey.

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Harlan played professional hockey for approximately 15 years, appearing in more than 900 games across North America and Europe. He was selected 124th overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft.

After retiring from professional hockey, Harlan transitioned into player development and coaching, working with athletes from beginner levels through elite players. His coaching background includes experience with the Nashville Jr. Predators AAA program, TPH Hockey Academy, and youth hockey development in Aspen.

Harlan brings a strong understanding of defensive play, individual development, hockey IQ, and what it takes for players to continue progressing to higher levels of the game.

His goal is to help young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a better understanding of the game while creating an environment where players are challenged to improve.

Brock Radunske

Brock Radunske brings extensive professional playing experience and a strong background in youth hockey development to Mountain Lions Hockey.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Brock played NCAA Division I hockey at Michigan State University and was selected 79th overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. His professional career took him across North America, Europe, and Asia, and he represented South Korea at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

After retiring from professional hockey, Brock transitioned into coaching, working with Belle Tire AAA and TPH Hockey Academy in Michigan. He later brought his experience to Colorado through Mountain Select and Aspen Junior Hockey, helping young athletes develop their skills and understanding of the game.

A native of Carbondale, Colorado, Fisher grew up playing in the Aspen youth hockey program before advancing to the Colorado Thunderbirds and junior hockey with the Springfield Jr. Blues and Dubuque Fighting Saints. He served as an alternate captain in Dubuque before moving on to Colorado College.

A defenseman selected 208th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft, Fisher has firsthand experience with the path from local youth hockey to elite junior and collegiate competition. His background offers young players a valuable perspective on the preparation, commitment, and development involved in reaching higher levels of the game.
